Established in early 2012 by a family initiative, Green Mountain Arabica Coffee is a Rwandan agro-processing company, devoted to the coffee growing, processing and export of Green Arabica Coffee.
Grown on the fertile hills of Eastern Province, on altitude of 1400 m, in clay and sand soil and washed by natural spring water, GMAC’s Arabica coffee is handled under strict hygiene standards using modern demucilaging technology.
GMAC currently works with more than 2,000 farmers gathered in cooperatives who grow specialty coffee from the high hills of Karenge sector in Rwamagana district in Eastern Province of Rwanda at high altitudes of 1400–1600m above sea level.
