The E-Commerce Centre, or ECC, is a facility in Iposita building, KN4 Road that has been designed to assist local entrepreneurs with enhancing their current products and services and bring them to the local and international markets using digital channels.

RwandaMart is an initiative of the Government of Rwanda to enable the future of E-Commerce in the country. This includes the online marketplace RwandaMart and the Kigali-based E-Commerce Service Centre (ECC). The online marketplace RwandaMart promotes and enables Rwandan SMEs to sell their goods and services online, with a special focus on Made-in-Rwanda products. The ECC is an inclusive facility that provides services to all Rwandan E-Commerce stakeholders, enabling the entire national e-commerce ecosystem.

The National Post Office, IPOSITA, has been appointed as the designated legal entity under which RwandaMart and the E-Commerce Service Centre are operating.

The ECC provides e-commerce support services to any Rwandan business that is already selling or wants to sell products or services online. Any SME, cooperative, or organization can be supported by the ECC team in preparing their goods and services for selling online on any E-Commerce platform and in retail.
