Description
Ingredients:
- 100% Natural powdered Carrots.
- 100% Natural Powdered Okra/Gombo
- Natural Powdered Finger millet.
Procedure.
- Measure 1.5-2 litres of water and Heat to boil.
- Mix 250g of flour in a cold/warm water and mix evenly.
- Pour boiling water into the mixture at once, mix and put it to simmer on heat for 30 seconds,
- Optional: Add anything to taste, milk etc
- Remove and serve hot.
