This cheese is inspired from the world-famous “Crottin de Chavignol”, a small cylindrical goat cheese from the area around Chavignol in France which has been produced since the 16th century.
Crottin is typically produced with goat milk, but our cow crottin is ideal for people who prefer cow milk.
