All the ECC’s Business Centre facilities are now available for booking by appointment.
The innovative Trader Lab, Media Studio, and ECC Fulfilment Center will be open later in 2021, as will members of the ECC.
A participatory payment is required for each booking to ensure the sustainability and maintenance of the ECC.
It is where all the logistics are centralized, to reduce costs and enhance service levels for fulfilment and delivery for both sellers and logistics providers, bringing world-class service right to your home or business.
The ECC is also a Trader Lab, where you can find machines and tools available for hire to everyone from 3D printing to cost-efficient packaging to digitization studios to take your products and services online.Â
There is also a Business Center, fully equipped with high-speed internet in meeting rooms, training rooms and shared co-working space, along with coaches to help you with the first steps on your online journey.

The ECC is a Community Benefit Company, with an associated cooperative with membership open to all individuals and businesses who wish to contribute to the future success of e-commerce in Rwanda.Â
The aim of the ECC is to work together as a business community to promote and benefit from the opportunity that e-commerce offers everyone, both through selling online in Rwanda and internationally.
The ECC is the commercial and legal entity responsible for the operations of RwandaMart, as well as the operations of the E-Commerce Center. All payments and refunds are managed by the ECC on behalf of its member sellers.
Buyers can also join and use the ECC, to benefit from and contribute to the life and development of e-commerce in Rwanda.
It is a commercial operation of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreement between various ministries, private sector players and the ECC to promote the use of e-commerce within Rwanda and to invest in the creation of jobs.
