CaroTinO Nutritious(Instant family porridge)-1kg

Ingredients:

• 100% Natural powdered Carrots.
• 100% Natural Powdered Okra/Gombo
• Natural Powdered Finger millet.

Procedure.

• Measure 1.5-2 litres of water and Heat to boil.
• Mix 250g of flour in a cold/warm water and mix evenly.
• Pour boiling water into the mixture at once, mix and put it to simmer on heat for 30 seconds,
• Optional: Add anything to taste, milk etc
• Remove and serve hot.
